Destination Triumph Rides High at the 2024 Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

On May 19th, 2024, Destination Triumph proudly participated in the globally celebrated Distinguished Gentleman's Ride (DGR), raising an impressive £90,000 in support of prostate cancer research and men's mental health. This year’s event was a resounding success, blending the joy of riding classic and vintage-styled motorcycles with a cause that touches the hearts of many.

A Day of Dapper and Delight

The sun shone brightly as riders gathered in their finest attire, embodying the spirit of the DGR: sophistication on two wheels. Our Destination Triumph team donned their best suits, ties, and polished shoes, ready to ride with style and purpose. The sense of camaraderie was palpable as over a hundred riders revved their engines, creating a spectacular sight of classic motorbikes and well-dressed gentlemen and ladies.

The Ride and the Cause

The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride, founded in 2012 by Mark Hawwa, is more than just a ride; it's a movement. The event aims to raise awareness and funds for prostate cancer research and men's mental health, two critical issues that often go under-discussed. This year, our Destination Triumph team was determined to make a significant impact.

Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, we exceeded our fundraising goal, collecting over £90,000. These funds will directly support groundbreaking research and essential mental health programs, providing hope and support to countless men worldwide.

Participating in the DGR is about more than just the ride; it’s about the community. Our team was overwhelmed by the outpouring of support from friends, family, and the wider community. Every donation, no matter how small, played a crucial role in reaching our fundraising target.
